Here at Al-Rahman Mosque & Education Centre, we see the value in everyone. We want to be a catalyst for positive change, and since our beginnings in 1999, we’ve been driven by the same ideas we initially founded by Hajji Abdus Salam: support, empowerment and progress.
Dealing with the challenges of today requires problem-solvers who bring different perspectives and are willing to take risks. Al-Rahman Mosque & Education Centre emerged out of a pursuit to inspire and support the community, and a desire for actions to speak louder than words.
Our Vision
Commitment, community, innovation. These three values have stood at the center of the Al-Rahman Mosque's mission since our founding in 1999. We wholeheartedly commit to the work we do with passion and dedication sharing it with the San Francisco community and inviting others to take part.
